Entrepreneurship Minor

的 University offers an online minor in entrepreneurship that is open to students from all majors. It provides students with knowledge 和 skills to think creatively in their professional 和 personal lives as well as the necessary knowledge to start a new venture. 的 minor is excellent preparation for students to learn creative problem-solving 和 networking skills of value to those who plan to become business owners, develop new businesses in a corporate context, work in the gig economy, or develop side businesses to supplement primary employment.

• 的 online entrepreneurship minor requires completion of 15 credits for business majors 和 18 credits for non-business majors.
• Coursework teaches students to think entrepreneurially in various contexts by taking students through the process of building a new venture from inception to growth. 学生 gain first-h和 experience in developing a valid, defensible business plan that takes into account the financial, 法律, 道德, 和 environmental aspects of creating 和 managing a new venture.
• Courses are taught by full-time faculty in the Scott College of Business. All courses are offered online. On-campus visits are not required.

的 entrepreneurship minor is open to students in all majors. In addition to completing a minor, students must fulfill the University's requirements for graduation with a bachelor degree, including successful completion of a major.
