的 online Organizational Leadership 和 Supervision (OLS) Program is designed to address the needs of working adults, or adults seeking employment, who want to complete 大学 degrees in a customized area of study. 的 OLS Program is ideal for working adults who require flexibility 和 are interested in obtaining or advancing to a supervisory or leadership position. 学生 completing this 程序 will earn a Baccalaureate Degree in Organizational Leadership 和 Supervision.

• Core coursework in the online OLS Degree-Completion Program focuses on skills that are in high dem和 by today's employers—skills such as creative problem solving, 批判性思维, 团队建设, communication technology, 和 work-life integration. Beyond the core classes, students work with an advisor to customize a specialization to meet their career 和 personal goals.
• OLS provides a flexible, 方便, 和 individualized approach to education for adult students who have earned approximately 60 大学 credits. 的 online core 程序 is delivered in accelerated eight-week courses.
